		What You Should Know Before You Visit...

		Rules of the Field: 1. Read and follow all rules. (PLEASE) 2. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. (Kids love picking strawberries and we love kids, but we don't want them to get hurt and we can't watch them) 3. Dogs must be kept inside your vehicle. (Our berries and plants have already been fertilized) 4. Do not go outside the berry/pumpkin field without proper permission or supervision. (Simply for your safety and our sanity) 5. Leave the field immediately if thunder is heard. (If you are close enough to hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning) 6. Please read the WARNING regarding assuming the risk of the farm's agritourism activities. (North Carolina Law) 7. Have fun and pick away! WARNING Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
