Rules of the
Field:
1. Read and follow all
rules.
(PLEASE)
2. Children must be
supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
(Kids love picking strawberries and we love kids, but we don't want them
to get hurt and we can't watch them)
3. Dogs must be kept
inside your vehicle.
(Our berries and plants have already been fertilized)
4. Do not go outside
the berry field without proper permission or supervision.
(Simply for your safety and our sanity)
5. Leave the field
immediately if thunder is heard.
(If you are close enough to hear thunder, you are close enough to be
struck by lightning)
6. Please read the
WARNING regarding assuming the risk of the farm's agritourism
acitivities.

injury to or death of a participant in an
agritourism activity conducted at this
agritourism location if such injury or death
results from the inherent risks of the
agritourism activity. Inherent risks of
agritourism activities include, among others,
risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and
animals, as well as the potential for you to act
in a negligent manner that may contribute to
your injury or death.
